Our goal is to be as communicative as possible so that especially this summer, you know exactly what to expect. If you can't make it, no problem! We'll be providing Meeting Notes to everyone after the meeting, and as always, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

We'll be personally running you through a few topics/forms, so if you have any questions, this is a great opportunity to ask us about anything you may be curious about!
For COVID precautions, please take a look at our
COVID Safety and Procedures Form so that you can help us disperse this ever evolving document to our Campers, Leaders, Parents, or other concerned adults.
Until then, please register any Scouts that may still not be registered so that you can confirm the discounted price before the deadline of March 1st, as well as help us prepare by having a more accurate approximation of attendance this summer. We appreciate your help! For financial questions, we'll direct you to Minsi Trails Council as they set all pricing and determine all financial decisions.
