2021 Minsi Trails Council Commissioner Conference

Who:

• Open to ALL registered BSA Adults 21 years of age and older - ANYONE interested in helping Scouts and Scouting.  

When:

• August 14, 2021
• Registration 8:30 am to 9:00 am.  Coffee and Donuts will be available. 
• Program from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (In-Person or Virtual)

Program will include:

• Fellowship w/ New Commissioners and existing District & Council Commissioners
• Great learning opportunity for all adults, regardless of current role.
• Seeking your input on Commissioner Service, future strategies and leadership opportunities. 

Cost (With or Without Lunch):

• $15 - Conference Fee (Required for In-Person or Virtual)
   
• $13 - (Optional) Lunch Fee.  Lunch in a box from Panera Bread (Selections made within registration) 
  • All sandwiches come with chips, pickle, and cookie.  All salads come with baguette and cookie. 
  • Coffee, hot tea, iced tea, lemonade and water will be provided throughout the day. 
  • If you have special requirements and cannot provide your own lunch, please contact Tamie Swain directly to make arrangements.

    • Tuna Salad Sandwich

  • Refrigeration will be provided - if needed.  
  • To help with COVID-19 protocols, everything must be self-contained and personal.
